Grace for the Journey Ahead

Grace found me in the smallest moments—the sound of the ocean, a kind word from a stranger, the first time I realized I could talk about my son without falling apart.

I used to think grace was something you earned, but now I see it’s something you receive—usually when you need it most. It’s what allows us to forgive, to keep loving, to start again even when we don’t feel ready.

This journey through addiction, loss, and healing has taught me that broken doesn’t mean finished. It means transformed. Every scar is proof that love survived something hard and still found a way forward.

Wherever you are today, may you give yourself the grace to rest, to cry, to hope again. May you trust that the pieces of your heart will come together in time—not the same as before, but softer, wiser, and still capable of love.

Because even after everything, there is still light ahead—and you deserve to walk toward it.
